I have rescheduled the exam a couple of times because of heavy wokload and some personal issues. Finally, decided to write the exam no matter what. I took and retook GMATPreps for 4 days in a row and have consistently achieved (740,740,740,720).
I do not know how to even comprehend the 690 that I got. Anyways, I am done with it and off to admissions part.
